What you do for us.

Our volunteers play a major role in our operations and have helped us become the success we are today; we value the support and the skills that they provide.

Those who volunteer with us and give their time see it as a win-win situation as they have the opportunity to gain experience of customer service, logistics  support and communication skills, learn more about retailing, and work as part of busy and committed team.

If you have some spare time, then you can help us make a big difference. As well as supporting a local charity that helps people in need, you will be playing a part in protecting the environment by stopping reusable furniture and electrical goods going to landfill.

The help we need.

Various hours and days are available, and we welcome volunteers who want to come for a few weeks or stay for longer.

We urgently need volunteers who have experience in the following areas:

  • Administration and sales

  • Appliance repairs

  • PAT testing

  • Furniture up-cycling

  • Social media maintenance.

  • Book keeping

  • General Warehouse


We welcome people with a wide range of skills and experiences so, if you have other skills and experience that may be beneficial to our charity, we may have a role for you.
